Eggs cannot be bought through the Egg Shop, and currently there's no way for players to obtain Arcadia Tree Dragon Eggs/Nests at all. Once they're level 5+ you can tap them periodically for the blue crystal things and the pink/purple flower bud things, and your dragons can harvest them for anything that comes out of the Arcadia chests.
